King Library Memory Quilt Workshop

Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 2:00PM
Create a community memory quilt using handwritten memories or drawings on fabric and hand sewn log cabin quilt blocks. Learn this foundational quilt block and explore its possibilities through color, shape, and texture.
Basic sewing skills will be used and demonstrated. This slow craft workshop uses only needle, thread, and markers. No machines.
All quilt blocks and memories will be combined into The King Library Memory Quilt, which will become part of the library’s permanent collection for future generations to enjoy.
